Born and raised near Antwerp, Belgium, I found great joy in drawing and painting from an early age. I graduated from St-Lucas Art Pavilion Antwerp and earned a master's degree in Illustration from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp. I worked as both a Production and Traffic Supervisor in several advertising agencies and as a freelance illustrator for magazines before dedicating several years to raising my three children.

Taking on my son’s challenge to participate in Inktober 2020, I realized how much I had missed creating and picked up my paintbrush again. Since then, I haven’t stopped painting. Inspired by nature, my work reflects my love for plein air and still life painting.
